This is actually a good thread to add to.
Under TT, we're:
4-12
8-8
13-3
6-10
11-5
7-3
Total record: 49-41.
However, I'd say the four bolded years should be the relevant ones, because he clearly came into this job with the notion of rebuilding an aging and overpriced roster. Now, we are only 1-2 in the playoffs under TT, so I think that is something that needs to be added to this season, but in terms of how the roster is set up talent-wise, it's very hard to argue the roster composition at this point. We have a pro bowl caliber player at QB, WR, TE, S, CB, OLB, and NT. Oh, and only one of those players on the list is over age 27.

Re: Ted Thompson Bandwaggon
Thompson just needs to keep doing what he has been doing.
Obviously it's hard to get a guy on the level of Clay Matthews, BJ Raji, Aaron Rodgers, Greg Jennings, etc. every year. But he needs to continue to use the draft to fill holes on our team and add a star from time to time.
If he keeps using that formula we should be a good team for a very long time. Most of our star players are still young, so by the time they are around 32-33 and ready to decline, TT should have another crop of young guys coming up under them.
That's why I really like this approach to building a team. It may take a few years for it to really take effect, but once you have it going it should allow you to be a good team for a long time.

I'd add RG to that list. Everyone forgets Josh Sitton, even our own fans.

That guy is so good.

I wish I was on the board back here because I have no written proof that I've been on the TT bandwagon from the start
My family could tell you, I've gotten in many debates with some of them about how awesome TT is and how much Favre was overrated and it was time to move on.

Keep in mind that this season and last season, how many games were lost by less than a FG? Those numbers could have easily been better.

Re: Ted Thompson Bandwaggon
There's other TT threads somewhere on this board that I posted in but I have must have missed this one.
My stance on TT back in '06 '07 and even '08 was always give the guy a few years and a few drafts before you really judge him.
