I despise Hochuli, but in full speed it certainly looked like a blow to the back of the head.
I don't have a problem with the call on the field. It looked like a hit to the head at game speed.
When they're reviewing for fines, though, they aren't operating under the same constraints. Horrible call. Show me the rule where it says you can't push someone in the back.
