If he wasn't a pussy and would actually make a ''cut'' once in awhile he would probably be pretty good.
BTW if Jackson is a pussy runner Kuhn is the opposite of that.

I don't think Jackson is soft at all, he just lacks the kind of vision that the better backs have and coaches can't really teach vision, a back either has it or they don't.
I often will DVR Packer games and if i'm bored during the week, i watch the game over and just focus almost entirely on how individual players on both of our lines play because that's hard to do while watching a game live. In doing that, you get a better perspective of why any given run play was unproductive and who mainly was at fault for a run play going nowhere. Watching Jackson when i do this, he to often misses cutback holes unless they are huge holes any back could easily see. On most running plays, if a hole is there for a back, it's only open for a split second and instead of being consistently decisive like say Grant usually is, Jackson dances to much which sometimes causes him to miss small creases. The result then is those no yards plays.
Since you bring up Kuhn, watch him on plays he gets the ball. More so than his toughness, Kuhn rarely takes any wasted steps compared to Jackson. Kuhn takes the ball and almost always quickly decides where he wants to go and doesn't waste steps and forward momentum by simply standing in place shuffling his feet due to indecision as Brandon does to often.
