Think the Bears rest their starters in week 17?

I actually think they'll play the starters. If we win that game and get into the playoffs we would play the Bears again the following week. I can't imagine they would want to play us again. I think it depends on who the other potential opponent is.

If it's the Giants then maybe they would rather play the Pack since the Giants destroyed Cutler last time out. If the Giants lose week 17 then they would play the Bucs, then I could see the Bears trying to beat us to play the Bucs instead.

But they would likely play the Giants who crushed them this year. They know they can beat us.

Do the Giants hold the tiebreaker between them and the Bucs if they both finish at 10-6?

Either way the Bears will most likely know the result of the Giants game by the time ours starts. But I agree that they would probably rather play us than the Giants. Maybe Sexy Rexy can pull a stunner against NY in week 17. He almost pulled it off against the Lions?!?

Hopefully the Jets beat the Bears next week and the Eagles win the final two games. I'd like the Week 17 matchup to be essentially meaningless for the Bears, provided we're at 3:15 or on Sunday night.

Can't be Sunday night. Already played the Bears at night this year.

^Thats a rule?

Also, I'm having a hard time determining which fan base is more annoying, Bear fans or Viking fans. Each bring something different to the table.

Okay Packer , do the eagles a favor and kick the bears ass in the last week of the season. (it might not matter when they lose to the jets this week).
I am sick and tired of bears fans talking ****, they have what, like the 28th best offense in the league? An average pass defense, and a top 5 rush defense.
Ugh :( :(

I love how when Favre has been questioned about his feelings towards Thompson, he says that he has nothing against Ted at all. Ok Brett.
