Rodgers has 31 total td's if you count his 4 rushing and only 10 int's. He also has only 11 total turnovers, 10 int's and 1 fumble lost. He's definitely more deserving than Brees.

Didn't mean to come across as saying Brees is deserving. i just can see how coaches not paying attention voted him in by glancing at stats and not being as obsessed as us.

Got it right = Matthews, Jennings, Colllins
Got it wrong= Rodgers, Clifton, Tramon, Raji

AR>Brees & Ryan

Tramon > Woodson

Clifton ?????????????

Raji >>> Ratliff

Sitton= next year

to recap - it should have been
AR
Matthews
Jennings
Colllins
Tramon
Raji

1st Alts-
Woodson

I don't think Collins is deserving this year, I agree with your list for the most part eagle but move Collins out and Sitton in and that would be my list of deserving Packers.

Making the team is fine, getting whatever bonus they have coming is fine but I don't want a blown out knee or achilles. And with our injury luck this year that's exactly what would happen.

A third of these guys who were picked will end up passing on even attending. I can't remember the last time i even watched a few plays of the Pro-Bowl, much less the whole game.

They both have 4 losses this season in games they've been allowed to finish. And a QB is one of like 35 players who makes a contribution from week to week. Generously they have an influence on like 20% of the game. They have none on defense and special teams. That's like 60-65 percent of the game. Then they can't throw and catch the ball themselves. Then there's the running game. It's been amazing the efficiency that Aaron has accomplished this season with the sorry state of our ground game making us unpredictable.

You don't make a valid point about the relative records. If there was a vast difference maybe you'd have something. Then the loser would be potentially putting up garbage stats against prevents. But it's not been the case with the Packers. Every game has been tight or the team won going away.

I'm not gonna rag on the lack of Rodgers. Yeah, he may be slightly better than some of those guys but you're really splitting hairs there.

I'm disappointed about Tramon, that is really it.

Raji I would personally prefer be in there but glad he's on the doorstep.

I was really unimpressed by Ratliff this year compared to last year. He looked remarkably average. Raji definitely deserved that spot.

I think people get way too upset about who does and does not make the Pro Bowl. :P

I'm glad some of our guys didn't make it. It's just one more game where they have a chance to suffer a big injury.

To be honest, it probably helps when it comes to the negotiating table too.

I can agree with that. The Pro Bowl is a joke, really. The last time I watched one was in the mid-90's.

I do like it when our guys are named to the All-Pro teams though.

Helps or hurts, depending on your perspective.

I realize that it's another game where someone could get hurt. But I still like to see our guys get the recognition they deserve. I think they'd like that, too.
