It would kind of suck to block Clements' career development on a technicality, although I suppose it's a sign that he's next in line for our OC should Philbin leave. Although it doesn't seem like there's much of a rumble around Philbin since it's unclear exactly what his role is.
If Clements to TN means we get a decent return for Flynn, I wish them both the best.

Only position coaches I'm worried about are Perry and Clements. Perry I really like as a long term coordinator(hopefully not anytime soon) and Clements I don't feel would hurt as much leaving as he could potentially help someone else. So I like blocking him from the Bears.

I almost wondering if Rodgers has learned what he can from Clements, and at this point in his development a fresh set of eyes would be beneficial.

Considering he just played the QB about as well you can over the last 6 games I don't see why you'd want to fix what isn't broken.
