Also, if its true that TT really looks hard at how players interact with their teammates, from why I've heard, that would put Baldwin way down, and Hankerson way up. In his interviews, Hankerson is always giving praise to his teammates. Baldwin has been known to trash his teammates, and pout when things aren't going well.
