Lol

You ever thought of being a stand up comic.

I would seriously come and see your act.

Kruky agrees with me, that's all that matters.

But there are no teams behind them, they're the worst team.

I was hoping for .500. We'll see what happens. The 1 of 3 in NY was understandable, but bullpen meltdowns in Philly are not cool.

How can you go .500 on a 7 game road trip?

I think it's fair to say Milwaukee's record was a bit bloated from playing weak teams.

And the Philthies were supposed to be the easiest team they would face over this 19 game stretch. Houston and/or Chicago could be right there with them by the end of this month.

Of course, my Braves are also in a mini-slump. :(

Teams are going to have 3-4 game loosing streaks during the season. I'm sure the Braves will have one or two also. The good teams are the ones who don't have prolonged loosing streaks and I'm very confident our loosing streak will end very soon. Oh BTW, we are still in first place in our division and the last time I checked, that gets you into the playoffs.

You base this on one 5 game stretch. Teams are going to have rough patches during the season. How do you explain us beating the Dodgers 2 out of 3 at the beginning of the season if we were bloated from playing bad teams?

I'm not drawing any conclusions from these last six games, but it has to worry you a bit that at the beginning of your first real stretch against good teams you're 1-5. I mean, after all, you guys are the best team in baseball.

As far as being in 1st place, there's still about 122 games left. The Brewers are going (or already have) to come back down to earth a bit and the rest of the Central will start playing better (hard to play worse). I'm thinking it will be a tight finish.

Yeah, I should have worded it differently. It isn't the road trip, but the overall road games bunched around the Minny series.

Of course, you can't go .500 during 13 road games either, but that is besides the point. Lets just say I wanted us to be one win of .500 either way.

Sorry, in know way, as you can tell by me sig. am I trying to sabotage the thread....but I just wanted to make a small point.

"You're Invited.....Your Opinion Matters." I'm tired of it. I've tried to start a thread to discard it, but it always gets erased. I don't have the ability to disenable the pop ups as to my current apps and work requirements. This will most likely also be erased. Is anyone else getting these?

My Braves just lost 3 of 4 to the Nationals, therefore I take back everything I've said in this thread until we win our series against Boston.

Well the Brew Crew won a 3-2 game today. They bounced back. They are a solid team.
