And let’s not even mention the disaster that would strike if Aaron Rodgers went down, now that Matt Flynn is in Seattle.

I'm guessing that is what they were saying last year before Flynn dominanced.

I'm not too worried about it. I think Harrell can be fine if he has to fill in for 2-3 games. If pretty much anyone's franchise QB is out longer than that... then they are in rough shape. So we are no different than any other team in that regard.

I agree with you completely. Harrell has had a couple of years in the system, his arm strength is better and honestly I didn't think he look too bad last year even in preseason. He's an adequate backup IMO.

I've loved Harrell ever since AT&T Uverse did that MTV Cribs type thing and they showed Harrell living in some other Packers basement and all he had was a futon, flatscreen tv w/ an X360 and an inflatable gaming chair. He is awesome.

We're screwed if Rodgers goes down regardless in terms of winning the Owl. And that's all that matters. That doesn't change with or without Flynn.

Yeah, Flynn did have an incredible few games, but he's not winning it all. A few games of Rodgers going down, yeah, there's a problem, but I'm not going to worry a ton about that.

-Mallet was a decent draft pick.
-Luke McCown? Chase Daniel?
-Everyone behind Peyton Manning last year?

Most of the NFL does the same thing.

The Detroit Lions released cornerback Aaron Berry on Monday morning after he was arrested for the second time in a month this weekend, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

Berry was taken into custody early Saturday morning in Harrisburg, Pa., on three charges of simple assault.
