Yeah, Romo's catching hell, but it definitely looked like one of those pick 6s was all Bryant. I'd love a gif of Romo looking at Bryant, Bryant nodding, and then Bryant immediately running the wrong route and Romo throwing a pick 6. Amazing.

Dallas wasn't a good place for Bryant, but both on the field and off, he just strikes me as a non-professional who would cause any team headaches and never live up to his immense skills. Maybe living in a tiny place like Green Bay and having a stronger structure as is in place here would have helped him, but i just really doubt that Dez would have reached his full potential anywhere.

Being in GB certainly wouldn't cure him of the drops.
The obvious comparison is Finley as a guy who looks the part and occasionally plays it; both guys can look totally dominant on any given play. I think Finley is more dedicated, but I'm not really in a position to judge and besides, it could be the culture effect.
I think if we'd drafted Bryant, we'd be glad we had him but he'd be frustrating.

Like pretty much any job, playing in the NFL is a lot more enjoyable when you enjoy your coworkers. I think the risk to your team chemistry and team happiness is the bigger one with guys like Bryant--bigger than the chance they don't perform up to their athletic potential. If a guy is a jerk, or unprofessional (late, not preparing, bad attitude, etc.), or a regular distraction--even if the guy is crazy athletic, I'd rather have a guy who's easy to work with, even if he's not as athletically special. I don't know what's going on there in Dallas, but something's not right with that team in morale or chemistry. A guy like Bryant (or people's perception of Bryant) probably doesn't help. (Esp when he's dropping passes and running wrong routes.)
