Tracy Webster? I remember his unnecessary double-clutch, mid-jump, no-look passes as the Badger point guard. Didn't think he could parlay that into an NFL career.[/quote]

Still recovering from the season of Coach pornstache, sorry.

I've been waiting to see this great vision Green has. Since draft night, I've heard guys like Mayock in love with this kid in a spread with his vision. He's had exactly 1 nice run since being drafted. Otherwise, he's been terrible.

This is Starks job to lose. At least I hope.

One really good run in how many tries? Strong context. He also showed a good burst on his very first carry on Sunday and on that swing pass. I think people here are overly critical of the guy, he's barely had any opportunities and in his limited touches he's shown me enough to think he deserves more reps, at the least.

I hope we bring in a PS guy like Edwin Baker, Bobby Rainey or Jordan Todman.

The Packers are 17-0 in the regular season with Starks and Rodgers as the RB/QB tandem, 21-1 overall. If this is what it took for him to unseat Benson, his injury was a blessing in disguise for the team from my point of view. That's not an affront to Benson, but I've always appreciated the role Starks has played for the team. He's definitely got a better ability to change directions after he gets going a little toward the sideline unlike Benson, and he gets every inch there is to gain on short yardage.

He's got some decent wins, namely Jordan Radev, Gerald Meerschaert, and Will Dicke. But he's gotten his ass kicked a lot, especially in bigger shows like Bellator. I think he would have been healthier had he stuck in football.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see him turn into a good RB. And yeah, he's young, he's got lots of time, but to hand the job over to him right now isn't the way I'd go from what I've seen. He had a good run on the draw earlier in the game when he saw the Red Sea parting. The cutbacks and jukes he made on the long run were impressive, but he hasn't got to the 2nd level much.

Sounds like Jackson is the odd man out in Cleveland now. Is he worth picking up? Could be useful in pass protection considering how often Aaron has been on his ass so far this year. Green/Starks/Jackson could get it done, imo.

I hesitate to rely on players that have basically not played since 2010.

No. Brandon Jackson is not the answer.
