100 people...$246 meals plus 18% tip. I guess that checks out if they're ordering drinks and 2 bowls of shark fin soup each

Yeah, that's not as unreasonable in terms of cost if he's paying for the entire team, but I guess I missed the part where it said that it was for the entire team. I thought it was for a smaller group, which could still easily happen if bottle service it involved.

If it's for the entire team, it blows my mind why he, alone, had to pick up the check for everyone. I've heard of rookies being left with the tab before, but not one solitary individual who isn't the highest paid guy on the roster.

Yeah, if an entire group of 10 or how many ever rookies were left to foot that bill one time that is a big difference than one person being forced to pay it and potentially multiple times.

It was also a much smaller deal back before the NFL had slotted salaries where you had the first round pick coming in and making more than some of the veterans and they would foot him with the bill.

This entire situation is beyond bizarre, will be interesting to see how much information comes out publicly.

And Asomugha to be cut by the 49ers? Crazy how fast his game fell. Wasn't it just 2 years ago that he was the NFL's prized FA?

I live in Viking-land and as usual I got someone (who is actually a big sports fan and knows what he's talking about) to downplay McCarthy because of Rodgers since he was a Vikings fan.

I'm a relatively big McCarthy guy but don't think he's the All-Time Greatest or something. Apparently before I showed up there was an inconclusive argument on him between the Packer/Viking fans.

I said "Matt Flynn made 25 million dollars" and it literally made everyone just kinda stop and if not laugh, give some form of validation.

The fact that he couldn't even hang with Tuel Time on the roster says a lot about his talent...

On a different forum I post on there are people that think he's a bottom 5 coach in the league because he doesn't pass enough.

On this forum 2 or 3 weeks ago there were several posters saying he needed to learn how to use a running back in the NFL.

Incognito clearly isn't cut out for the NFL. His personality is much better suited to the profession of police officer or prison guard.

God have mercy on the souls of law abiding citizens caught rolling through a red light right turn or going 5 miles over the speed limit if Incognito ever becomes a Police Officer...

He'll be in the WWE soon enough.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.
