I get why teams shied away from Bryant for character reasons in that draft, but man that dude is such a big time talent. Good size, speed, hands, ability to adjust to off target passes, plays hard, etc.

That said, his contract will need to be extended soon and he'll want big cash. On just his pure talent/production, Bryant will deserve that cash, but i'd still have at least some fear if running the Cowboys that he'd get in trouble at some point off the field or the locker room given he seems so high strung. Granted though, i don't follow Dallas super close and maybe character concerns are no longer really valid with him. That he's matured a lot as a person. Murray is also a free agent and Dallas just recently gave Tyron Smith 100 million.

Romo goes out with a back injury in the area he had the back surgery in the offseason. Could obviously be huge news if he even misses just a few games.

I changed the channel for a few minutes and see Romo walking gingerly to the locker room. What happened?

Got sacked. Romo turned away from the guy and as he did, the defenders knee went right into his lower right side of his back. Wasn't the worst looking on replay but he was down for a few minutes.

I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

It's already the midway point of the season, so I think it's an appropriate time to start scoreboard watching. Dallas losing last night was rather big, because their schedule gets a little bit tougher here in the next few weeks. Outside of their game with Jacksonville in London, they really don't have a gimme the rest of the season.

If only one team gets a playoff berth out of the East, I'd feel a lot more confident about our playoff chances.

I don't think I'd blame Romo for that one. His back is legitimately effed up and Jerry Jones insists on letting him overrule the trainers and coaches.
