Read my last post, but I believe Clement being out hurts. Now, they could still run a WR on the jet with Gordon in the backfield but they seem very apprehensive about having a formation with anyone beyond #2 on the depth chart back there.

I completely agree! It's more satisfying in a way because it may get us over a mental hurdle that we had trouble with previously. And who got us over it. None other than Joel Frigging Stave! You mean he's not a top 5 worst QB in the nation? You don't say when he's got a 19-3/19-2 record (with/without ASU game) in games he's been allowed to start and finish. He may not be flashy or explosive, but there's something to be said about his record, the difference with and without him, and the fact he rarely turns the ball over, while making the occasional big play and converting a reasonable amount when the team needs it. He's an excellent game manager and decent overall QB. That's the reality.

I can't see us losing next week. At home on senior day, title game on the line, and the axe at stake. It would be the biggest let down since either TCU in the Rose Bowl or @ Cincy with Dayne.

I can't really either because it's at home, we traditionally own Minny, and are the better team. BUT that's what we thought before that debacle vs. PSU last year to get us left out of the BCS. That was Stave's worst start ever. We saw today (and against ASU too) he isn't a choker really, so that should be the anomaly. We will see.
