Rodgers is starting to piss me off. Yesterday he said he took part in a wet ball drill "as a courtesy to the coaching staff" but he doesn't like the drill and thinks it's a waste of time. You're not bigger than the team, and sounds kind of stupid considering there's rain in the forecast and you just fumbled three times last week. Do your **** job and own your ****.

I'm beginning to think this Rodgers/McCarthy thing needs to be split up. Initially going with Aaron over Mike seemed like a no brainer but stuff like this is making me pause and think a bit.

It's annoying, but you can pause and think for one second and come to your conclusion. This team will split with McCarthy before they split with Rodgers. Finding an Aaron Rodgers doesn't come easy. Finding a Mike McCarthy? Different story.

Not a shock we'll hold everybody out nicked up before the bye.

That's fine. For now.

I just don't care about these Packer anymore. I can't believe I am at this point BUT MM is stale, Rodgers is no longer otherworldly, Nelson is a shell of his former self (expectedly at this point). I came into this season thinking SB, I now feel nothing has changed since our playoff exit in 2011. I will not be watching. Good luck gents.

I get the frustration, but it's early for me to totally write them off. We have a good opportunity to get our offense going tomorrow, hopefully try some new things (yeah right) and then a BYE to build off of that WIN and move forward through a favorable schedule.

The defense has looked good enough for me to keep my interest. I do want to punch McCarthy in the face and slip some ricin into Olivia Munn's coffee, but hopefully the "heat" they're feeling from the fans/media get them to re-focus and change things up.

I think a significant part of my disinterest is now tied to both MM and A-Rod's dismissiveness of the widespread criticisms and scrutiny they are receiving. This isn't just a fan base questioning the pattern of ineptness. This is former players and coaches as well. The contempt and arrogance I see from both of these purported leaders has simply turned me off. I am infinitely more interested in the Brewers and Bucks - a testament to the nature of these Wisco sports times for me. If you would have told me this at any time in my life, I would have called you crazy. And here I am, today, and it is all too true. I hope they turn it around. I simply need a break.

We could go 1-15 and I'm always going to care about this team.

I can see Tate having a great game. Which I really don't want to happen because I cannot stand that guy at all :banghead:

I like this defense. I think they get better. They are showing pretty good potential.

I don't get the Munn hate. But Rodgers attitude about doing the drill was a bit like when Favre ruled Sherman. I wonder if Rodgers is now in a
Similar situation. Favre could do no wrong around Sherman, MM showed up and got Favre playing better and it became a coach player situation again.

Maybe Rodgers needs that too now. He needs a new man in charge who can critique Rodgers.

The line has moved from 7 to 6.5. It takes a lot of money to move a line off 7. I'm kind of surprised so much is being bet on the Pack.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Truth.

I'm not sure how anyone can say though that they're infinitely more invested in the Brewers and Bucks over the Packers all because of how the 1st two weeks have shaped out.

Because the Packers actually have expectations?

The line normally drops 1/2 point on game day and usually another 1/2 point a little before kickoff when the spread is around a TD. It's not really suprising.

Also the spread dropping is a sign of people betting on the Lions

All I know is of we lose I don't want to hear injury excuses. Lions have just as many, if not more injury issues than us. In fact our entire division has more than us.

Plus when you look at the Pat's it's about time to stop crying injuries every time we lose. Coaching and execution....that is what it comes down to.

Today reminds me a lot of game 4 in 2013, also at home against the Lions.

Team was 1-2 and it was a must win. They got it that day, but it did foreshadow a long season (with Rodgers eventually getting hurt)
