For once, the commentators had pretty good insight when they mentioned we would probably wear them down due to their lack of depth.

Nothing to worry about.

Hopefully Houston has retaken the starting job. At this point, Hornibrook was fool's gold when facing better teams. It didn't translate and he got figured out. He has to go back to the drawing board to be the QB of the future. Work on his pocket footwork and make his throwing motion more efficient.

Funny that the Purdue A/V folks would play "Turn Down For What" (Watt) with Wisconsin visiting, and after TJ has had a pick 6.

Dwayne Smith without the heart problem. Still a backup caliber guy because of his indecisiveness and choppy steps.

He is nothing like Anthony Davis. He was fast (is he the one that was on the track team too?) and knew how to hit a hole and accelerate through it.

Love to MSU win
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I do think Clement and co. have been a little unlucky this year and last to have a below average O-line by Wisconsin standards. They are young and improving but they haven't created the massive running lanes that allowed a lot our other backs over the years to put up those huge numbers.

Davis was smaller and faster for sure, but they both rely a lot on getting low with the ability to make cuts and break tackles. Both pretty good receivers when needed, too. As for his hesitation, there's something to that but Clement doesn't have the same holes to go through. This is not a typical UW o-line and most of the good rb's we've had over the years would struggle a bit.

ETA: I seem to recall that nagging injuries also robbed Davis of some of his athleticism later in his UW career, much like Clement.
Wut we've got here is... faaailure... to communakate.

LOL Purdue's QB is a little bitch. At least the ref hit the QB when he threw the flag.

Nice to see Biegel healthy again. I remember when his dad was Wi wrestling State champ his Jr and Sr years. His dad went undefeated his senior season by pinning everyone.

Is this a football game or the Drew Brees interview hour?

This crew just cannot stop the blabber. It's like a really bad sports radio show that you shut off after 2 seconds.

At this point, there's really nothing else to talk about with regards to the game.

Blowout game, dumpy stadium with 12 fans in it, crap weather...can't blame them.
