He looks better than what I expected for where we got him. Has potential to be a weapon too.

We can work on that with the jugs, and they won a title with receivers who had the dropsies. So it's frustrating but can be overcome in the end. Rodgers would like the target to get passes off quicker. A consistently productive receiver who can get open with nice size has been missing in this offense for quite a while and lately the number of quality guys in general has been depleting. So on its face, this pick makes a lot of sense.

Before reading other people's thoughts I thought some of his moves reminded me of Adams. Glad I'm not the only one.

McGinn:

AFC scout: “He’s a mid-fourth round pick. He’s explosive. Can get vertical. He does have long speed but not sudden 10-yard speed. He’s a 400-meter runner. It’s not his hands; it’s his lack of focus. He does (drop passes). Inconsistent catcher.”

AFC scout: “It doesn’t look like he can run on tape.”

AFC scout: “I had high hopes he would show more consistency. I thought he would be a big tester. His test numbers were not quite as explosive as what people thought. Inconsistent with his hands but he is a taller, longer outside receiver. The question for him is if he can play on special teams as a fourth or fifth receiver and ultimately work into being a No. 2 or a No. 3. Where he fits on special teams will be the biggest issue for him.”

AFC scout: “Exceptional size with good athletic ability, quickness and speed. Ran a limited route tree. He’s able to make tough, contested catches but he’s inconsistent on the easy ones.”

AFC scout: “Likes flash and attention. Diva. Has an attitude and maturity issues. Will complain if not getting the ball.”

AFC scout: “Always plays the left outside. Plays high at the snap showing good quickness and twitch. Allows defenders into his chest but uses his size, strength and quick feet to defeat (press).”

Oh yeah he's got the Adams hard cuts in his routes and plays a little bigger than he is. Adams was more polished coming in. Adams isn't a fun guy to cover and Moore has that potential.

After watching all 3 rooks highlights tonight he's the guy i like best. Not exactly ground breaking since they picked him 1st.

33.5 inch arms, to put that into perspective st brown is a big reciever with long arms and his are a half inch shorter.
