But Everett is so good defensively, and at such a key position, that I'd consider him. He prevents an incredible number of runs with his glove. Keeping the other team from scoring is just as important as helping your own team score.

Fair enough.

Chances are pretty decent that Soriano never repeats his 2006 season again. And even if he does, i'd still give Sizemore's 2006 numbers the edge.

sizemore will hit for better average and get on base more often. fonz easily has him in the speed category, but grady's no slouch in that dept. i think he could be a 40HR-25SB guy as early as this yr, factor in the defense and sizemore's easily the better overall player. grady's a #3 hitter right now. i wouldnt trsut fonz in that slot since hes a career 250 batter with RISP

I don't know how you can't say the same thing about Miggy. And he puts up better numbers every year except for average.

I agree with this list.

Also Im not sure how anyone can think Soriano is better than Sizemore. Grady is going to have an absolute monster year this year. Its scary but he gets better every time you watch him play and he's one of those guys that plays as hard as he can every play because he flat out loves playing baseball. Real humble guy too. I guess Im just bragging that I get to watch him play every day, but when you see a talent like Grady its hard not to.

Grady is a beast. They might even move him to 3rd in the order.

^^ The question isnt if they do that, its when. There isnt another player to bat leadoff, but if the Tribe comes up with one then a middle of the order of Sizemore, Hafner, Martinez is as tough as they come.
