The problem with starting game threads too early is they get filled with a lot of crap. No offense to anyone but I don't want to waste game theads with minor league hockey crap.

I just noticed the Milwaukee Brewers board has the 2nd most posts after the Cubs board by 3 posts now.

Well I am guessing a 17-5 thrashing by the hands of the Astros. Lee is going to go off tonight.

Nah I like it like this. It doesn't really matter, both have good speed so whichever is leading off is fine with me.

Weeks is so bad he's sent to the minors. He's back only because of an injury and he bats leadoff? Yeah he was doing well in Nashville, big deal.

Maybe his demotion will light a fire. But it should take being sent to the minors to be motivated. A pennant race should have done that. It didn't.

Who the hell is this Anthony LaPanta guy? I think I remember him doing some stuff for Wild hockey but geez Jeff Grayson gets the job and now he's gone. Is he on vacation or something?

So you'd rather have Hardy sucking at the 2 spot? Even though Weeks has a terrible BA he still has a higher OBP than Hardy and Hall to name two players. Oh yes it's higher than Graffanino's as well.

im lovin hardy being dropped down. im sure neds trying to show some confidence in rickie as well as try to find a spark. i guess since we were all on his ass about keeping the lineup the same, he had to change it as much as he could when he got the chance.

and yes. anthony lapanta is a tool

But not high enough to be batting leadoff. I have no problem with Hardy being moved down.

So where would you move him? The 3 and 4 spots are taken. He hasn't shown much power so the 5 and 6 spots are out of the question so where else is there?

He was yall's first round draft pick in this years amatuer draft. He is a 1st baseman. But what confuses me is he has to be trade bait cause yall are locked at 1b for the next decade. Unless he moves to another postion.
