With all of them potentially being in the top 15.

Gruden got a lot of flack initially, and rightfully so, for the Mack trade. But honestly, I don't think that trade is as bad as its being made out to be. It's clear the Raiders weren't going to re-sign him anyway, and they did get themselves two first round picks out of the deal. Plus, it's not like the Raiders were exactly going to be playoff contenders this year anyway even with Mack. Now, are they going to draft someone as good as Mack with one of those two first round picks? Probably not. But for a team that could've potentially just let him walk after this year with no real compensation (a compensatory third rounder), it's not as bad as the ultimate worst case scenario for them.

The way he handled the whole ordeal is what looked terrible about that deal, but for the first time since Gruden's actually been there, I actually think the Raiders have some sort of semblance of a plan going forward. Three first rounder's in the top 15-20 in next year's draft is a decent start to any rebuild. I'd also try to move Carr too, if I were them, to a team like Jacksonville. Maybe get a fourth first rounder.

Wow, I laughed when it came out that the Raiders were asking for a 1st round pick for Cooper. Jerrah doing Jerrah things.

The Mack trade is still bad, but this is an amazing trade for the Raiders.

Giants get a 1st and goal at the 1 with a minute left, two failed QB sneaks later and the Giants have wasted almost all the remaining time until they finally score with 5 seconds left. Now instead of trailing by 3 with say 40 seconds left, they trail by 3 with 5 seconds left so they aren't even going to have a chance to run a few plays and get themselves into FG range.

Giants are horrible. I won my fantasy league on that odell td. So glad Eli couldn't get 1 yard on two tries.

I'd imagine he stays and they build around him.

They'll still have Gruden unfortunately.

It's weird, teams with good management in the NFL can turn it around in 1 offseason. It's basically half new teams in the playoffs each year. Gruden is going to take all 10 years to build a decent team.
