Oakland gave you Derek Carr, and their three first round picks this year (currently sitting at #1, 13, 25)?
Making the case; Rodgers has been elite for a long time, no doubt, BUT at present, I'm not sure he is an elite QB that is going to carry this team to a legit Super Bowl chance.
We have a young defense with some nice pieces, we have a legit RB, some nice young WR pieces, but short of a Kidd to Bud upgrade coaching, I'm not sure there is enough here to get to the Super Bowl in the next year or two.
Additionally Rodgers contract extension will be massive and the injuries are mounting, not sure how he will age. This would also give us FIVE first round picks, so the ability to maybe get Bosa and whoever is the top QB prospect (Herbert) could be possible.
So food for thought, would you take that deal IF it was on the table (not saying it would be but that's the kind of return that would make me consider it).

We had this discussion last year i/r/t Wentz and Garoppolo.
To answer your specific question - **** no. Derek Carr is trash with a trash contract and those picks don't overcome that.
Stating that you're "not sure he is an elite QB" is patently absurd. One of the more irrational takes I've read on this board. He's on pace for nearly 5,000 yards passing with 30 TDs and 2 INTs with a 102.2 QB Rating despite the fact he's been playing on one leg and heavily reliant on rookie WRs and a weakened right side of the OL. He hasn't been MVP Rodgers at every moment this year; but he's absolutely an elite QB that pretty much every team in the NFL would trade their QB for - all things being equal.
You can still make a rational argument about moving him if you center your argument about his age, injury history, and contract situation. But none of those things justify moving him for that crap Raiders offer.

Re: Would you trade Rodgers if....
Rodgers contract won't even really be that bad, once Cobb & Matthews are off the books next year. They'll have plenty of cap space to make multiple additions in free agency and/or trade this coming offseason.
Rodgers hasn't been 'Godgers' like this year, but I'd say he's still been a top 5 QB in the league. As mentioned, that's with playing on a bum knee for the most part of the first half of the season, and with a bumbling fool for a head coach.
I do think that they can make a Bucks like transition at coach -- almost anybody out there at this point, would be an improvement over MM. There's clearly talent on this roster too.

Rodgers isn't going anywhere. I'd trade McCarthy for a stale loaf of bread though.

Why would Oakland want a 35 yr old QB? They are in rebuild mode and those draft picks mean everything to them.

So first, I said may not be elite and capable of making us a super bowl contender. So you aren’t taking long to twist my words but okay.
I did make rational argument about age, injury and contract...the number 1 pick and two other firsts is a “crap offer”, okay I guess. I suspect Rodgers has about 3-5 years left, and suspect injuries will continue to mount which will put annual super bowl contention in question, just my 2 cents and happy to be proved wrong.
As for the stats, this isn’t 1995, while few QBs will throw lower INT numbers, plenty will probably enter the 5,000 and 30TD level. That isn’t rare air any longer and if he is going to be poor on third downs by not taking the easy first, the net result isn’t much better than a pick, it’s still a change of possession.
As for Carr, he is a three time pro bowler in his prime. That who,e situation is a mess in OAK so hard for me to figure out if he all of a sudden lost it or what.

This is just for discussion. No other team realistically has the assets to acquire Rodgers, so I thought I would see what people thought. They apparently don’t like the idea!

I will always listen to offers but it would have to be far far greater than what u offered.
With the coaching change that I feel we can count on Murphy to make - Rodgers will once again be spectacular next season and has a good chance of being an elite player for 3-4 more years. And I think our roster is better than most think and will get better especially with two 1sts next year for Gute to play with. Our new GM has shown he is not afraid to do whatever.
And I HAVE NOT COUNTED THE PACK OR RODGERS OUT EVEN THIS SEASON. It’s a horrible routine but the Pack are notorious for starting slow digging themselves such a hole where they have to run the table. I can see: McCarthy’s light goes on (finally)
Aaron Jones leads the way rushing for 100+ yards in every remaining game.
The Oline thrives having the success of run to keep opposing Dlines from teeing off for the pass.every down.
Adams surges and emerges as a transcendent receiver while rookies MVS and the Saint mature and grow exponentially from each Rodgers stare. Tonyon rises out of no where to be the big red zone weapon we thought we got with Graham. Crosby hits everything the rest of this year and Scott settles into being among the leagues top 5 punters.
What a difference having a real D can make. The Pack D surprisingly pull it together performing like top 5 over the remaining games. How? Why? The young rise up – Daniels is among the best DL and Clark is even better. Rookie Alexander plays like an Allstar – on the corner but is even more amazing in the slot. Martinez continues his growth, improving his pass coverage added to his league leading tackling numbers. Fackrell out of nowhere continues to contribue just what the D most lacked with some much needed outside pass rush. Lowry is above average while Gilbert and Adams seem headed that way. Once paired due to the injury merry-go-round the Pack endured this year, Josh Jackson/Josh Jones team up as a potentially aggressive opportunistic safety tandem. Both are big and fast but they have lots to improve. King and Breeland get healthy for the playoffs giving the Pack 2 shut down corners on the outside. Blend in venerable Tramon and re-invigorated Matthews and look out.
Is that going to happen this year? Probably not. But the fact that they have done it in the past does make it at least possible. It would be unfortunate if McCarthy bungled his way to another contract.
