I think Kumerow is a solid possession receiver (hesitate to use "possession" because I think he's a bit more than that), MVS is obviously a great deep threat, and Lazard is developing into sort of an all-purpose guy that might be a great red-zone target with his height/length. Allison is the one that's disappointed me the most but Lazard coming into his own is sort of alleviating that.

Two decent if not spectacular tight ends and running backs that can catch makes for a very well balanced offense that is really hard to defend. Do I wish they had a speedy TE that could run seam routes past linebackers? Well yeah but they don't unless Tonyan or, less likely, Sternberger get a lot of snaps. As it stands though they are pretty darn good across the board on offense.

TE is one of the toughest positions for a rookie to learn, but I still think we can use Sternberger in passing situations

Complete breakdown here on Kelce's TD. 4 Packers covering two players coming out of the backfield. Looks like Martinez had middle zone.

Such art. But why did Reid waste these looks on an NFC game they were unlikely to win?

Mahomes is the Rock Star of the league ( I don't grudge him that at all - he's exciting as hell to watch). This should have been the epic QB battle for the year, so NBC may have pre-programmed some of their shot schedule to focus on those two guys. Those sad words: "What might have been"

IF Rodgers had been out as well, we might have had endless shots of the KC skyline in between plays....

I liked the suggestion of adding a permanent Mahomes box in the corner of the screen so we could see every reaction.

Watching some sniglets of post-game video, it appears that Alex Light had a decent outing stepping in for both Baktiari and Bulaga. Anybody else see that too, or did you see otherwise?

Yep, I thought he held his own. Definitely looked far more competent than Spriggs did when he was the swing tackle guy.

He looked good but they were missing some pretty high end defenders on the line.
