I'll keep the 4th. AJ Green has been terrible this year and can't separate anymore. No thanks.

I think one of the WR's from HOU is our best bet to make a move. Defense has too many holes, so you're probably going to have to outscore everyone. You can maybe add a player there but I don't think it will make a huge impact on that side of the ball. Rinse and repeat.

Packers have to do something if they're serious about competing for a title this season. Move an Olinemen that they don't plan on resigning. Get a WR. Bring in Poe to see if he has anything left. Do something other than leaking that you made a call.

That's what happens when you draft 9 players and the most useful one is a 5th round pick who played only 2 games.

Counting on rookies, particularly in this weird season of no real training camp and preseason is a recipe for disaster. Rookies will flash but even the best ones don’t make huge impacts over the long haul of a season.

Jury remains out on 2020 draft. It is fair however to criticize the last 2-3 drafts however. Gary appears to be on his way to somewhere between Nick Perry and Datone Jones territory. Sucks to miss on a high pick.

My dream scenario is they send out a buttload of draft picks (and maybe an MVS or Dean Lowry) to Houston for both Fuller and JJ. There's like a 0.0001% chance of it happening, but a guy can dream.

I can certainly understand why Houston would want to move on from Fuller and Watt as they need both cap relief and draft picks.

That part of the trade proposal makes a lot of sense.

But I don't think our 1st round picks would be high enough for them to take MVS and Lowry off our hands. :)

Watt looks done. I’d maybe sign him next year for cheap on a prove it or incentive based deal but no way I’m trading for him and losing potential roll over cap for extensions for a body.

Quinnen Williams is the guy they should be targeting. Prime breakout candidate if you get him away from the toxic sludge of New York. They’ve come out and said they’re not looking to move him but I’m of the smoke/fire opinion.

Would be crazy to pull off Fuller and Quinnen and I think it could be done if they got ballsy.

Ideally I'd love to get a young DL. Doubt it happens, but it's sorely needed.

I'm convinced the FO isn't making any moves though.

Would love Quennin Williams, even if it's for the 2021 1st round pick. The cap space, as far as I understand it, isn't an issue since his actual salary isn't high.

Fuller would eat up the rest of the Pack's cap though, leaving no room for moves later this season and no room to roll into next year. I think that's the bigger issue for Gutey than deciding whether to give up a 3rd or even a 2nd for a WR who hasn't been very durable.

XM sports radio said Packers and Bengals are "engaged in conservation, presumably about Green". Probably just recycling whats been floating around for a few weeks but at least it's something.

If only we just kept Travis Fulgham. Does Gute know how to scout receivers?

Guty is so bad at drafting I’m fine just trading the 2021 draft away for useful players. Just sign UDFAs as our rookie class next year would be similar impact anyways.

Some of you are way too eager to just dump high draft picks for past-their-prime dudes or guys who aren't blue-chip talents. I think Fuller is overrated as hell and there's no way I give up anything more than a 4th-5th for him. Giving up a 2nd for him would be bat **** crazy.

Williams would be an ideal target and definitely worth our #1.

Packers may be in a really rough position next season in regards to the cap, pending FAs, and signing the newly drafted players.

I would be completely shocked to see them make any needle moving trade today.

That's why we should dump Bakhtiari now. Would rather have the 2-3 players with that money slot than a comp pick that won't contribute until Rodgers is gone.

He's the only guy I'd seriously consider parting with a high pick considering his talent, age, contract situation, and pedigree. Even then I'd probably draw the line at a 2nd and a 5th. Njoku is the other guy I'd keep an eye on.

Who's the elite receiver? Because Fuller sure isn't.

A third felt high for fuller given the contract and injury history, but a second is a hard pass for me.
