Yep and that's kind of sad honestly.

He has an interesting role. He basically replaces a blocking TE. Instead of providing an extra big blocker, he provides misdirection and the threat of a big play.

I really want to see what LaFleur can do with a legit playmaker in that role.

He's really accurate, but he's basically nate kaeding or a poor man's robby gould. In 2020, you have to be incredibly accurate if you can't make it from 50 in a dome.
