I think we all kind of knew this but based on his answers it seems like Love will get an extension, Jones & Jaire will be back, and Bahktiari won't be back

And just like that we'll be paying a QB big money and praying the defense gets fixed.

Well, everything I have read about Hafley seems very encouraging. I guess I have swung back around to keeping Jaire and Stokes to see if they can play this system.

A legit safety appears to have become a massive need for this team, because I'm not sure we have one on the roster.

I am not very surprised by that. Hopefully it doesn't matter and Hafley is good anyway but it just had the vibes of a hire that wasn't necessarily their first choice for the position.

Either someone is leaking like a sieve within the organization this winter and they've been forced to do a lot of damage control or noone has a clue about anything.

It was a quick process. How many damn people did they offer it to or even could have after interviews?

Even if it is true is it really that big of a deal? It's not like he went to a different team. He is staying with the team he was already with. It would be different if he chose a different team other than the Ravens.

A lot of reports about offers come from agents to prop up the perceived demand for their client.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Using interviews with other teams to leverage more cash, more responsibility at home? Happens everyday in business.

Pros:
-impressive resume/experience
-aggressive style basically opposite of Barry
-scheme that fits our talent
-puts in the work to study opponent tendencies
-utilizes modern analytics

Cons:
-maybe texted with Lafluer like once or something?

Also I have no problem whatsoever if he wants to meet the current staff and see who fits his vision. If they go more 4-3, I imagine there has to be new coaches coming in but the current staff is not all inherently bad. The issue was the scheme, no position coach is at fault for that nor does it say anything about their ability.

Yeah it's pretty hard for us fans to judge any individual position coach. Now I wouldn't think they have NO input on scheme, but we just don't know who suggested what in that regard. I also don't think in a general sense that the past group was killing it in the player development standpoint point. But even that's tough because some players won't develop no matter the coaching. Nature/nurture thing.

Justin M from Arizona needs a hobby, or maybe to just go touch some grass/sand. 12 emails is bordering on stalker level of obsession.
