If Rodgers wants to come back to the pack they will let him and if he doesn't I think they'll work with him to get him where he wants to go.
Yeah, I'm not suggesting they can trade him anywhere, but I just think ruling out NFC teams would be cutting off their nose to spite their face. It's going to be hard enough to get any sort of bidding war going among his preferred options without ruling out half the league in advance.
You also kind of need him to be open-minded about staying just to have enough leverage to maximize your trade return too. There's a big difference between choosing between GB and, say, Denver, in which case GB still has leverage, as opposed to just forcing his way to Denver.
