They must have just been too far off on a contract. Seems like Davante is asking for stupid money. Hope they have a plan, beyond the draft, in place to address the hole.

Yeah, I was thinking that too. Seems like he's one or two good hits away from missing a lot of time with a bad concussion.

You can spend $30m much smarter than on a 30 year old WR.
The Raiders will be throwing away boatloads of cash on the back end of that deal. And without Rodgers, don't be surprised if the drop-off begins this year

As of today, Lazard, Cobb, Amari, Malik Taylor for WR's. Deguara, Dafney, and Davis for TE's. Jones, Dillon, Hill?, and Taylor??? for RB's

Not overwhelming....

*edit* IMO, the best group in that bunch are the RB's
