Carter has done a lot of growing up but has still been a bit of a hot head at times. Spitting on someone is as low as it gets and I would hope the league/Eagles come down pretty hard on him.

Spitting on your opponent is just such a **** thing to do. It is the ultimate act of disrespect and reflects way more poorly on the spitter than the person he's spitting on. An ejection is warranted. Don't think it needs another game, but a fine would be appropriate.

There's no way refs see everything in a scrum, including who starts what. Should be a quick booth review to get it right.
