He said Chargers have 2 other young guys on their roster they really like and with the extension to Williams, that's a lot of money tied up to he and Allen.
Allen has a base salary of 16.5 million..... He's not getting traded for

Wouldn’t it be funny if Gute trolls Rodgers by not signing any receivers and force him to throw to a bunch of late round rookies? Still build the team out, but spend any cap room on D.

It would be almost as hilarious as Gute not taking Tee Higgins or Michael Pittman at the end of round 1 in 2020 and instead wasting his 4th round pick to trade up and draft Jordan Love.

Absolute hilarity to have the Pack's GM not take players who could help the team get back to a SB to prove to the rest of the NFL he's the smartest GM that ever lived.

They were interested apparently, but I don't think they had the cap space to jump on it right away. Douglas + Tonyan + rookies (~$13 million) + Woods' $13 million hit puts them way over. Would need to extend Jaire to clear more space

I didn't realize how young Douglas still is. He's the same age as Kenny! I thought he was like 30

So a $13 million cap hit for a half season of a 30 year old wr coming off a torn acl. No thanks.

Pretty much. Tyler Lockett looks like a better trade acquisition if we go that route. Only a $10 million cap hit and has missed one game in his entire career.

What would Seattle ask for him? Any idea?

I don't think it's realistic. He signed his extension last offseason (4 years/70m). Which now looks like a complete bargain (Christian Kirk). But would carry a dead cap number of $31.2 million. That leaves him pretty much untouchable.

I think DK would actually be available for the right price. He has one year left on his deal. The team would franchise him next offseason. But he won't come cheap.

Tonyan doesn't impress me much - the kind of guy who had the frame that made you think he might be a Kelce or a Kittle but never amounted to more than a league average TE with inflated TD numbers.

I'd guess a 2nd day pick, but it's hard to say. There's not much reason to trade him right now because his contract the next 2 seasons is very reasonable, but the dead cap is not

Yeah, Lockett would be a great target, but no way it's worth the financial pain for Seattle.

DK is not an ideal Rodgers type guy, but I'd gladly trade for him if it's a reasonable asking price.

I think two 1st's would get it done.

Very. I don't see him going for anything less than what Davante cost. Maybe a 1st & 2nd. But not much less than that tbh.

Then best of luck to ya!

1st and 2nd I could maybe see, but two 1sts there is just no way, IMO, at least not for us. He is obviously very good, but he is not Davante good, nor are we Raiders stupid.

We would likely try to sell Jordan Love to you guys as well, which I'm sure SEA fans would not like at all. Love+#53+#59 or something.

I'm curious what Love's value is?

Some scouts say it's a 2nd round pick, but I think most of us would accept a 3rd round pick, so yours #72 should get it done.

QB value is largely subjective, but as a former 1st round pick on his rookie deal, who is only 23 years old, and has not exactly wowed in his limited opportunities, I'd say his value is somewhere around a late 2nd/late 3rd. But if a team doesn't like him at all, then he has no value in a trade, obviously. If I were Seattle, I would at least be more interested in Love than Drew Lock. He's got pretty incredible arm talent and wheels, but the game hasn't slowed down for him yet.
