Somebody put Brando out to pasture. He made it! Ref clearly signals short. He made it! Ref is clearly still signaling short. Well he got the 1st down! Goal to go situation. Replay shows his knee clearly hits the turf well before the goal line. Well, I don't know.

Ref marks him short.

"He's in there!"

"Wait, no the ref marked him short."

Line of scrimmage marker exists.

"Well, he DID get a first down."

Replay shows him clearly down.

"Ohhh, I don't know."

Both lines look as bad as last year. Gonna be a long season at this rate.

Told a guy that this game is always the benchmark for the year. If we win 48-10, good year. If we win 27-20. Bad year.

Not sure if that has panned out over the last thirty years but feels right to me.

I feel some of the issues on defense could be resolved by putting in another linemen.

Brando has been terrible for years. But this has been especially bad.

I know it’s only half way through game 1 of year 2, but so far I don’t really enjoy watching this offense.

Dink and dunk offense. Basically what Northwestern or Purdue were doing with the spread 25 years ago. Yeah the plays are different, but so what, the result is the same. In CFB you should be getting big chunk plays against lesser competition, not grinding out every set of downs.

I’ve seen nothing that makes me believe they’ll be no better than 6-6.

Begging for Longo to call anything that isn't a run or a checkdown. We have a strong arm QB and we just aren't using it at all.

So far I see no reason to think this team can compete with Alabama
