If we cut Jimmy Graham and Nick Perry, adding him would only cost us about $4 mil this year.

No idea what kind of compensation PIT is looking for, but anything starting in the 3rd round and I'm personally interested. We have a ton of ammo in the draft this year - if we have to make some difficult decisions with players then this is the year to do it.

Wonder if Mike Daniels and a 3 would be enough?
The only way I take AB on this team with his salary is if Pittsburgh trades us a 2nd or 3rd round pick. Daniels and a 3rd for him and I might very well treat Gute worse then Rila did MM on this board for the next few years

Only player I want in the league less to play for the Packers is Suh. Any guy that quits on his team in week 17 with a playoff spot on the line can seriously **** off.

I don't get the hate for AB. Dude is the hardest working player in the NFL.

His problem was with the Raplistberger, who as a reminder, has likely raped multiple women and gotten away with it.

My problem stems from the number of players we are paying huge dollars to underperform on this roster. AB would be the opposite of that, and if the price is right I hope GB is in the bidding. The price for me is Mike Daniels and a 3rd.

Also on AB - since PIT would have to accelerate his signing bonus in a trade, his contract would be actually pretty favorable after.

Packers.com has first interviews with new coordinators. Very much worth your time. Really love the presence, eloquence, and positivity of this staff. I reccomend you go check them out.

The problem is he quit on his team in week 17 with a PO spot on the line after an altercation with Tomlin, not Big Ben, in practice all after a season where reports surfaced that he was bitching about not seeing enough targets despite being one of the most targeted players in the league.

Hes a douche and the idea of trading Daniels and a pick for a guy like that, as u suggested, makes my skin crawl a lil bit

Nathaniel Hackett seems super excited to be here.
Why should you go to jail for a crime someone else noticed? You don't need double talk... You need Bob Loblaw.

Yeah, I was at least somewhat into the idea of trading for AB a few weeks ago, but no way in hell do I touch him now.

Wonder what OBJ's price would be?

Then Patriots trade a bag of chips for him and AB continues to be the best WR in the league and leads them to another SB win...

Sometimes a malcontent is just going to be a malcontent.... If he's bitching about how many times hes' being targeted in Pitt what's he going to do when Adams gets the lions share in GB? Or will he bitch that Rogers spreads the ball around to the other recievers and RB's (new system....). I'd rather they looked elsewhere

Antonio Brown would be the best WR this team has had since Sterling Sharpe. Yeah, he's a prima donna, but it seems like that Steelers locker room has been a bit of a mess and I'd like to believe a change in scenery and a better QB would work wonders.

I'm all about winning rings at this point. Give Rodgers some weapons and let's run this ****.

If the Packers acquire AB and AB is a disruptive malcontent, The Packers go 7-9. If the Packers don't acquire an impact player like AB this off-season, they go 7-9. If the Packers acquire AB and he plays to his potential and isn't disruptive, the Packers have, by a wide margin, the best WR since Sterling Shapre like Human said and the Packers probably make the playoffs at least as a wild card. Once you're in the playoffs anything can happen. Like I said the other day, if the Packers had a contending team or a solid group of receivers I might pass or at least understand the argument of passing on AB, but we have nothing to lose and Rodgers isn't getting any younger.

Yep. The only possible result of not trading for him is 7-9 and if hes a douche nothing happens and 7-9 it is again..... Absolutely nothing else in those scenarios could happen
