If we miss one more game we will be DQ'd from potential B10 championship participation.

Probably, but the rules are average number of games from the league. If we miss another one, it's probably due to the other team having an outbreak, potentially lowering the number of league average games (I haven't done the math, though, I'm guessing there might have to be several outbreaks to really bring it down).

Badgers flipped Rivals 4 star WR recruit Markus Allen from Michigan today.

Big week for flipping Michigan

At this point, I'm fine with it. I just want them to be cautious, because the pandemic is getting really dangerous in B1G country. I know it'll suck for the guys who want to play, but I'm not feeling confident that this is getting under control anytime soon. The vaccine can't come soon enough.

We have never developed herd immunity without a vaccine so that's the absolute truth. We have at least 9 around the world in phase 3 but probably won't see them hit shelves until spring at the absolute earliest.

On the vaccine note I was talking with my oncologist at a recent visit and he said bqsically we haven't seen much data in terms of serious side effects. So for him efficacy is really what matters. That said even a 50% efficient vaccine would drop spread by 80-90% if everyone got the shot. Obviously not everyone would, especially early on when distribution and production would be big issues. After some discussion put my mind more at ease and made sense. My previous position was to wait for one that was safe and efficient but now I'll be in once we have a safe one. Can always get a better one down the road and this might become annual/seasonal anyways.

I so want to beat Michigan with our 4th string QB, hopefully they play.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Thought I read that he has to be screened by a cardiologist but if he passes he can go.

I think the cariologist is an SEC thing, after 10 days. I thought BIG10 was 21 days, no cardiologist.

I believe it's the 10 or 14 day quarantine like everyone else.

Once done with that, he can start ramping up work with a cardiologist watching. I believe he becomes eligible to actually play the day of the Michigan game, but during this week he is able to do the "ramp up" under cardio monitoring, so in theory, may have a few days of ramping up/returning to practice.

So it is 21 days but he can practice this week a little bit.

Minnesota is playing but down 20 players tonight. A bit worrisome on our game being played next week against them.
