Davis is the guy I'd be moving up for. Put him next to Kenny Clark.

If I’m trading up I’m going way up. Heard some noise about Atlanta liking Love. I’m very biased but I’d still take him over any QB in this draft.

If one of Hamilton, Neal, Hutchison or Thibodeaux falls to 8 I’m calling them and offering 22/53/Love for #8.

I have Hamilton in a tier by himself as the best player in the draft but I’d make the move for the other 3 as well.

Kipers latest mock:

22. Kenyon Green - OK, so this isn't the sexy pick that Packers fans will love after acquiring this selection in the Davante Adams trade, but check out Green Bay's other pick at No. 28 before you yell at me. Green could step into the right guard spot vacated by Lucas Patrick's signing with the Bears in free agency. Josh Myers, a second-round pick last year, looked solid at center, but adding another O-lineman is important, too. Green also has some versatility, as he played both guard and tackle for the Aggies.

28 - Treylon Burks, WR, Arkansas - Is this better, Packers fans? Burks will almost certainly have to get a ton of early snaps, helping to fill the void left by the stunning trade of Davante Adams. Burks is a bigger receiver (6-foot-2) who has some run-after-the-catch ability; he can break tackles and run past defensive backs, though he doesn't have blazing speed. He put up 1,104 yards and 11 touchdowns last season.

For Green Bay's sake, it will have to hope Burks develops faster than Adams, who began his career with two up-and-down seasons before breaking out in Year 3. Aaron Rodgers needs help now. And I think the Packers could take multiple receivers with their picks in this draft.

For WR he has London going 4 to the Jets, Wilson 8 to the Falcons, Olave 16 to the Eagles, Williams 21 to the Pats, Dotson 25 to the Bills
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Yeah, I'm not spending the higher of my two 1st's on a Guard, Day 1 starter or not. Sorry Mel.

TSN mock has us taking Jameson Williams and Treylon Burks with their first 2 picks. Strangely, I'd be ok with that. About time we get a "sexy" draft. :wink:

So much WR talent but so many will be gone before 22. If there's a guy Gute really loves absolutely trade up. Otherwise stay put.

Mel points out Adams not being that good right away and that's the truth. He led the league in dropped passes in 2015 with 10.

Jameson and then trade back into the 2nd with the other first would be my move. If you can get a 2nd for love do it. This QB class looks awful

Maybe if his name was Denise instead of Dennis.

We are going to be taking a WR at 22 (or earlier). If we don’t come out of with any of Wilson, London, Jameson or Olave I’ll be pretty disappointed.

I think we go WR, edge/DL BPA, T/WR BPA, T/WR BPA with the top 60 picks.

Given how little is left in FA and the current WR corps (trash with essentially zero speed), Ill be shocked if we don’t take two WR high.

Unfortunately I think the recent trades have hurt Loves trade value. I think we keep him.

Hell with it. Find a way to get both Williams and Ojabo if they drop a bit.

You have to take 2 WR high hoping that at least one can be an immediate contributor. Then need Rodgers to step up and not only attend mini camps/OTA's but to work with these new guys on his own. And play a bit in the preseason. Amari may be/probably is a bust. But he got no work in with Rodgers before camp. Granted having Amari contribute right away wasn't a goal/wasn't needed. But whoever we draft this year WILL be expected to start from day 1.

Is Watson one of those potential sleeper picks (at least to the general public)? Playing at NDS, he's not a household name, but they're a pretty fair team, and he showed he could perform with the big boys at the Senior Bowl and the Combine.

He reminds me so much of Eq St.Brown as a prospect wrt hype/buzz. Phenomenal size, ok production, great speed. Big question marks and people projecting him all over the place.

Guys I think that could be immediate WR that Rodgers will trust;
Drake, Garrett Wilson, Chris Olave, Bell

Guys I think could be immediate playmakers, but would need to find ways to get them the ball;
Trey , Pickens, Skyy Moore

Guys that will be good but maybe not right away;
Williams, Dotson, Alec Pierce

Guys that might just have a run deep role;
Velus Jones, Thorton, Ezunkanma, Watson

I watched almost no college ball this year, so I'm working off the talking-head hype and what I pick up here for this draft.
