I'm not saying there's a clean solution but I feel like we spent all last offseason gaslighting ourselves over how awesome these WRs were and then they didn't deliver. None of them have done anything to make me turn up my nose at adding a vet.

I'm much lower on Reed after last season. Meanwhile Wicks only issue was drops which often get corrected so I'm quite high on him still. I wasn't against adding a vet to start the offseason, but moreso given what's left on the market nobody really makes sense to add

Some of the guys last year were certainly disappointing and perhaps were a little too hyped, but it's also important to note that all these dudes outside of Watson/Doubs are just entering their 3rd seasons. Year-2 production of past Packers WR's:

Jennings: 53 catches, 920 yards, 12TD's
James Jones: 20 catches, 274 yards, 1 TD
Jordy: 22 catches, 320 yards, 2 TD's
Davante: 50 catches, 483 yards, 1 TD
Driver: 21 catches, 322 yards, 1 TD

100% correct. It's funny because when we drafted Wicks all I heard was comparison to Adams. Even last season everyone said the same thing. Well, so far his career almost mirrors Adams first two. He seems to have a good work ethic so I am definitely giving him one more year to prove himself.

Wicks had plenty of snaps last year, his problem was actually catching the damn ball.

I'm optimistic about a bounce back.

We will have more snaps to give this year, because Watson is out.

It started around the same time twitter/X was cyber attacked. Maybe that has something to do with it. I messed with some settings in my ad blocker and that seemed to fix it for me and I can see tweets normally again.

Don't forget to add they believe he is going to get above 12 mil per season. DeAndre Hopkins signed for 1 year 5 mil. Any team who gives Kupp a multi-year deal with more than 12 mil per season will regret it.

Absolutely not in favor of paying Kupp "handsomely," whatever that means. Could be an agent fishing for better offers, but I can't imagine the Packers would bite.

What’s the most anyone would be willing to give Kupp? I don’t love the idea of a handsome contract but I wouldn’t be opposed to a 2yr deal as long as there was an easy way out after year 1 if he does look washed or get hurt again.

2/20 with 12m guaranteed? Is that handsome enough or overzealous?
