I don't think there is any way we take a RB in the first or second round this year. Maybe if we got rid of Aaron Jones, but now that we renegotiated that deal there is almost no chance we take Bijan.

I do like his vision and his ability to escape the tackle, but I just don't see it.

IF, big IF, they picked Robinson, might you see more two-back sets, or even have Jones play the slot receiver for specific plays? If the conventional wisdom is that this is Jones last year with the Pack and Dillon isn't seen as a difference maker, plus normal attrition, it might not be a bad thing to have a better option this year and next.

Oh, I'd be genuinely surprised if they did pick an RB in Round 1, but there you go.

Jeremiah's second mock is out. Has the Packers going with Kincaid at #15. One interesting thing is he's got Tyree Wilson going before Will Anderson Jr. It's something I've kicked around a bit too. Dude is huge.

Wilson is a better prospect than people think.

After Will Anderson and Jalen Carter, Wilson is the consensus third-ranked defensive line prospect. Some team evaluators like Wilson more than Will Anderson because they feel Wilson offers more length, size and upside.

I was hoping Kincaid would slip down to the 2nd or 3rd round but I guess not.

I like him, but don't know I feel taking him #15 overall in such a deep TE class.

I don't know if I'd say consensus, though it's close. I know PFF has Wilson behind Myles Murphy and it's largely athleticism based. Wilson is JPP, Murphy is Rashan Gary.

PFF updated their rankings recently. But they have some headscratchers. Like they still have Levis ranked ahead of Stroud on their big board.

PFF is a good resource. But they still have their own bias on players & certain positions. Bijan as the 27th prospect?

Scouts are going to have Wilson ahead of Murphy.

Is he their 27th ranked prospect or that’s just where they see him going because the NFL has devalued the position?

Robinson is 18th in their guide. In their writeup they say a RB has to have rare ability for PFF to consider them worthy of a 1st round pick, and Robinson has it.

He's 27th on their Big Board. Not a mock. But based on how they value him.

I still can't take Levis at 4 seriously.

Not sure where he goes, but Brian Branch sure seems like a guy who the Packers could really use.

I think you can make the case for BPA at OT, IL, DL, OLB, S, WR and TE.

Saw CBS's new mock. Had Anthony Richardson going #1 overall, which would make my first comment on the first page very funny. Had the Packers taking Tyree Wilson at #7 (yay!) and Luke Musgrave at #15 (sure!).

Richardson has been gaining major momentum recently. I saw Bukowski saying he'd take Richardson with one of our two 1st round picks (assuming Rodgers trade), which would be wild. Rather see what Love could do before I draft another QB in round 1.

The top of this QB class is interesting. I don't think one guy really stands out from the pack. I've been watching a lot of Jaren Hall from BYU. He looks like he'd be a fun pick later in the draft.

Where the one I saw had us trading Rodgers to the Jets for the #13 pick after they traded down and taking Brian Branch/Musgrave.

Was Paris Johnson available at 15? Because if so I would want Wilson/Johnson.

I guess it wouldn't surprise me with how important having a dual threat is these days, but Richardson going 1st overall would still be bonkers. If people think that Jordan Love had accuracy issues in college, Richardson literally couldn't throw a proper screen pass at times. He'd be the rawest QB prospect to go #1 in the modern era by a longshot, so you better be sure the talent is worth the swing. Dude is ALL tools right now.
