Does the CBA prevent fines? I would write fines into every offensive player's contract for holding on a run play.

TBF Fox has apparently decided that replays of penalties bringing back big plays are unnecessary so we don't know if these are legit or not.

The amount of holdings and offensive penalties in general has been crazy

These penalties are the sole reason the Titans are even within two scores. Erases every chunk running play and puts us in garbage down and distance for Willis.
