With MLF you can say "This play call is probably going to suck" on every play and be correct about 80% of the time.

Getting anything we want in the quick passing game but for some reason we have to make things as difficult as humanly possible with the play calling.

An unsuccessful play doesn't automatically mean "bad play call!". Players need to execute.

Anyone starting to feel like our offense plays at an agonizingly slow tempo? That drive was 36 yards over 6 minutes. Theoretically, we have a good d that should thrive in pass rush situations. I'd love to see a game we come out in a race to get ahead 10 points (and then keep the foot on the gas).

To the poster who said this would be a good game to rake leaves - Q1 absolutely was a leaf raking quarter. Woof.
