Packer Fan Tours has about 1,000 packages sold. Other brokers said last week that there was small demand for Philly but that it would pick up this week if we won. There are a lot of cheap flights to Atlanta from here. You're in a dome so weather isn't an issue (assuming no more winter storms down there). And with cheap ticket prices I can see where there would be a very good Packer fan showing Saturday night.

Didn't hear it but I'm guessing he mixed up Jermichael (Finley) and Lamichael (James). Probably still has the BCS Championship on his mind.

It means the Packers are tied with the Falcons as the 2nd most favored team by bodog oddsmakers.

11/2 is basically 5.5/1. The lower the numerator (5.5) is, the better odds being given to win the SB.

The Patriots have the best odds. The Packers and the Falcons are tied for second and the Steelers are fourth.

12/1 odds means they think you're 12 times more likely to lose than win. 11/2 means you're 5.5 times more likely to lose, iow, if this scenario played out 13 times, they think the Packers and Falcons would each win the SB twice, and they think the Pats would win 5 times.

If you bet $5 on the Patriots, you would receive $8. If you bet $2 on the Packers, you would receive $11. If you bet $1 on the Bears, you would receive $8.

All three guys (Sapp, Collinsworth, and Simms) on Inside the NFL picked the Falcons. Simms seems to believe that the Falcons will "out-hit" the Packers and run the ball on them. Collinsworth and Sapp both based their predictions on a short week of rest for the Packers.

If those are the best reasons anybody can come up with, I like our chances. This defense has been talking all week about how important it is for them to tackle. When this defense puts it's mind to something, it does it. Also, McCarthy is fantastic at giving players rest. This team will be ready to play.

Packers better win this game. I'm watching the NFCC in Riviera Maya. Last time I was down there I got to meet Jimmy Robinson, the Packers WR coach. Hopefully he's coaching this time around.
