Took a lot of guts going for it on fourth, I wanted to kick the FG. Glad it worked out. AZ plays everyone close so I stayed off the board expecting a close frustrating game.
Glad we won.
Glad we won.

I think it's fair to question some of the play calls, but MLFs aggressiveness is a big reason why we won the game. It's about time we saw that side come back out of him

That Cardinal RT is going to have nightmares for a while about how the late game went down trying to block Parsons

He was way more aggressive than I would've been. At the end of the half I would've just kneeled and I would've kicked FG on fourth down to tie it up when he went for it.
Kudos to the aggressiveness and the players for execution.

10 accepted penalties for 94 yards. Heading into the game, we were 8th in the league in penalties per play. How much easier would things be if this crap wasn't tolerated?
There should be ZERO penalties on special teams unless it is in desperation to prevent a blocked kick. Returners rarely have a nice return so why even bother holding a gunner?
The pre-snap stuff on offense needs to stop as well.

Josh Jacobs is so good. When he gets touches in the red zone we’re scoring touchdowns. That red zone run he had before the final touchdown was a two yard loss but he got like 10 yards to the 1, that was such a great run.

The average team in the NFL this season is averaging roughly 2.5 penalties a game

Yep, I said it was horrible playcall and bad blocking. If that were anyone on this team outside of Jacobs that's a tackle for a loss.

10(!) pressures
3 sacks
5 tackles
4 tackles for loss
Very Reggie White like. Reggie was 32 when he came here. In his final season in GB, at age 37(!), he had 16 sacks and was DPOY. Simply amazing

Yeah, was that a fluke or did we really just sign a dude who can make 70 yard field goals?
I know it was 61 but it looked like it would have been good at 70 yards.

Jenkins at C is not it for me. I thought he would be an upgrade from Josh Myers but it's been a wash so far. Jenks is great one on one in pass pro but sucks in the run game while Myers is the opposite. We need physicality in the middle and we have none. I wonder if they would put Jenkins back at guard and put Rhyan in the middle. Maybe it's too late for that but i just don't see the running game taking off with Jenkins at C.

Nice to see the team can face adversity, losing all game and come from behind and leave with a W.

Re: Game 6: Packers at Cardinals - 10/19/25 - 3:25 - FOX
I rewatched the condensed version of the game. After 1st watch I was wondering why there were so many short passes and at first I thought MLF didnt trust his OL, but now I think there were 2 reasons we saw a ton of short passes
1. Arizona, like Cincinnati, played a ton 2 high coverage trying to limit the explosive passes and giving up a lot underneath
2. They ran a lot less between the 20s than normal. I'd guess that with Jacobs limited they supplanted the run game with quick short passes in it's place
I'll be curious specifically on the 2 high stuff if that becomes a trend on how defenses play us

Anyone frustrated with the score needs to look at Arizona's last five games.
Since starting 2-0 the Cards have lost five in a row:
-16-15 L to 5-2 49ers
-23-20 L to 4-2 Seahawks
-22-21 L to Titans*
-31-27 L to 6-1 Colts
-27-23 L to us
Every game the Cardinals had a lead and blew it at the end. This team is a tough out and we beat them at home. I am glad they faced adversity and still came out victorious. On to Pittsburgh!
* a game they lead by double digits pretty much the entire game and only lost because Demercado dropped the ball before crossing goal line.
