That's fair, but to me the difference is this: If Will Anderson fell to #15 (or #13), of course I'm taking him, regardless of class depth. He's special.
I think Kincaid may be the that for TEs. You'll get a good one in round two most likely, but if you want a special one you won't be able to last that long.
