Couple of guys are scheduled to come off IR to keep an eye on. I just swooped up on Dallas Goedert TE Philly for my backup to Eric Ebron. Also Lazzard might be target soon.
I needs shades for this future thing we owning..... 8-) 8-) 8-)

CMC comes back for me, my other two backs suffer concussions....and now CMC has a shoulder injury.

Lost $200 in regular season money because of the CEH active only for emergency in one league and likely $100 in another league because of Gibsons injury at the start of today’s game. Unreal.

Been leading my league in scoring since week 2 but my record is 6-6 and right now I am out of the playoffs. There is a $100 payout to whoever leads the league in scoring for the regular season so I was just content with that.

Of course I now lost that by 3 points, thanks to Tyreek Hill not knowing he caught a td yesterday. Still a chance I make the playoffs if the 6th place team loses.

Week 14

Matt Ryan (@ LAC) * -current QB, unfortunately, 14-deep league.
Matthew Stafford (GB) - via waivers
Mitchell Trubisky (HOU) - via waivers

Ryan has been so trash that I am considering dipping into FA for a Playoff QB. Staffy just threw for 400 and 3 TD's, and we all watch this Packers defense every week... Trubisky sucks, but he produces fantasy value, has a favorable matchup, and A-Rob is my flex.

**** this McCaffrey news! Ugh. Thankfully I have James Robinson to slide into the RB1, but I need to decide (quickly) on an RB2 between:

Cam Akers (vs. NE, tonight)
Miles Sanders (vs. NO)
Mike Davis (vs. DEN)

I am leaning towards firing up Akers tonight, even though McVay **** terrifies me. Sanders with Hurts at QB might look better, but that defense is really tough and he has not been getting enough touches. Davis has come back down to Earth.

Then I have to decide between the other two backs and Allen Robinson as a FLEX, while praying to the Football Gods that McCaffrey turns it around and practices on Friday.

I'd go Akers based on matchup and volume. But, as you can see I am struggling to fire him up with confidence because McVay is the crusher of running back dreams.

Luckily I decided to play him. (God damn if he only could get a TD to really give me a nice head start for round 1 of the POs)

I chickened out and then last minute fired him up. Got Rams D as well, so looking good heading into Sunday. Yeah, a TD would be tight, but already thrilled with the production. Happy I was able to scoop him up a few weeks ago.

I was in a similar boat. Playing Montgomery/Davis as RB1/2. Was between David Johnson and Akers. Didn't trust McVay to continue with Akers. I was afraid of playing Akers and the Rams giving Henderson the bulk of the carries.

Good news is I could have an amazing RB duo next week with CMC and Akers. Bad news is not playing Akers might be the reason I don't make it to the next round.

I nearly missed out on Akers as well. You made the rational decision for sure. I'm stoked to hopefully ride CMC/J-Rob/Akers to the chip.

Snagged Akers off waivers two weeks ago in my keeper league. I can keep him for a 12th, 9th, 6th, 3rd the next four years if he ends up being really good. Looking like he could send my #1 seeded team that drafted CEH with my first pick to the promise land this year.

Picked him up quite literaly today after waivers cleared for the week. Was torn because Edmunds can normally at least be counted on for some ppr action but Ackers definitely came through and "if" i make the next round could have what looks like a solid combo with Chubb as my other RB. Been play "find the scat back" the last few weeks trying to fill the RB2 slot since I traded Aaron Jones for a 2nd, 3rd and 4th a few weeks ago

Before TNF: "I will play David Johnson over Cam one more time because there is a higher probability DJ gets more touches"

After TNF: "Well, Cam had a good game but DJ can match those points with a couple of redzone tds"

Friday night: "David Johnson has Covid."

So CMC out, David Johnson out.....luckily I have Duke Johnson and Mike Davis but man this is horrible.

Gotta make up 25 points tonight.

Got Chubb, Andrews and Tucker going. Hes got Landry. Wish me luck guys.

Either ill have the high score for the week or the 2nd highest and done for the year

Edit: Woot won after trailing by a point thinking I was done dead to rights after Baltimore got their last TD

Any thoughts on who to flex between:

James Robinson (RB1: Cam Akers, RB2: Mike Davis)
DK Metcalf (WR1: Calvin Ridley, WR2: Allen Robinson)
Miles Sanders

I strongly lean Robinson due to volume, despite the less than ideal matchup. I do not feel great about potentially benching DK (might still start him over A-Rob) but he has had some serious duds against good secondaries (ARI, LAR). Sanders I just don't really trust yet, but he was productive with Hurts...

Id go Robinson. He has a higher floor and if he finds the endzone can put up huge points.

Then again I have Metcalf so im convincing myself hes about to have a 3 td game so there's that

Honestly though I'd probably put Robinson at RB2 over Ackers and flex Metcalf. Just a higher ceiling
