Really like him as a trade down candidate but he kinda reminds me of Gary. Would be a good situation too where he could (hopefully) kind of redshirt this season.

Yes! We agree on something! :D
I really like this guy. Tremendous athlete.

From a write-up:
Made Bruce Feldman's Freak's List - ranked #15. He wrote "In track, he finished fourth in the country in the heptathlon and ran the fastest 60 in NCAA heptathlon history (6.71). Iosivas bench pressed 370 pounds this month and has vertical-jumped 39 inches.

I could certainly see the value if he slips to the 4th-5th round. Or are people just not a fan of drafting a QB in general?

I think one of these picks is going to be a QB. McKee is a bit rich for my blood unless he somehow falls beyond round 3. I think there are some better value options later on with Haener, Hall, and DTR.

I'm good with them taking a QB, just not this one.

Well by somes logic if a QB is your top guy on the board then you take them even round one right?

If Bryce Young or CJ Stroud magically fell to 15 I'd nab them in a heartbeat and let them and Love compete for the job. Although if they fell to 15 that likely means either something medically happened or some sort of scandal occured

Could also be, "we might take this guy at Pick X if he's still on the board, so if we're on the clock and you want him you better call us."

It could happen, quarterbacks have fallen before. :D
Levis seems to be getting a lot of mixed reviews, could see him falling.

I don't see the comparisons with Washington and Lewis. I think Washington is so much more athletic than Lewis ever was.

However, I do see it with Luke Schoonmaker and Lewis. If we don't take a TE early, I would not be opposed to a late swing at Luke for a goalline/blocking threat.

I'm not a fan of Levis, I just don't really see it with him. If he somehow fell to 45 then sure I'll take a swing but not at 15

Yeah we don't need to muddy the water drafting a QB in the 1st round.
He's got the traits though. Maybe a good candidate for a team with a veteran, like Love was for us.

Outside of the top five picks, I'm seeing the most common pick in mocks this week going with Kincaid to the Packers. Everyone is sending him to GB. So of course it won't happen.

If they wanted Mayer I feel like a trade down would make a ton of sense. Get him in the 20's while picking up an extra Day 2 pick.
