Don't the QBs wear the red jersey in the joint practices?

I guess I'm in the minority but I'm cool with them not playing the vets. I don't think a few series shakes enough rust off to be worth the injury risk.

Otherwise, I don't have a problem with sitting the starters. Frankly, a series or two of game action isn't going to make a big difference for guys like Rodgers and I'd rather not unnecessarily expose them to injury.

I feel like there's more value to figuring out who will make the cut on the 53.
Him not playing at all by itself is fine and I understand why.. Combining it with the complaining about mistakes and timing issues with his recievers is what bothers me.

A tradition unlike any other, Barnwell predicting the Packers to be worse this season. After being on this list three straight years you gotta figure he'll be right at least one of these times.

Barnwell is a hack. It will be tough to do another 13 win season so this year he may finally be "right"

At that point just shave it off. Is going bald still a pretty big stigma? I see bald dudes all the time and don't think anything of it. I got lucky with the hair, but I'm starting to get grey hair in my early 30's. Getting old sucks.

That's too bad about Vernon Scott. He's not a fantastic player or anything, but he seemed very solid and gave them options with 3 safety looks. I don't even know what else they have at backup S at the moment.

Probably throw Douglas back there but then they have a hole at CB. Maybe some weird 1 high safety thing and drop a third ILB back.

I don't understand showing Rodgers film when he was a first or second year player and comparing it to Love now.

Love basically had a redshirt 1st year, so I think he's trying to compare their trajectories if you consider Love to be in his "2nd real" season.

I don't really see the point, though. He's comparing Rodgers' throws in his first pre-season to Love's in his third. Ignore the first season if you want but he was still getting coached as a rookie for a whole season.

I like Love a lot and I think it'd be cool if he somehow was Rogers replacement somehow but that video is weird.

Clips from Rodgers first year of preseason compared to Love in year three. Guys like Bukowski are setting themselves up for disappointment while simultaneously being unfair to Love.
