Always made a ton of sense for him to sign there.

He's not anywhere near washed. I don't know why you guys keep saying that.

Is Terry McLaurin washed too because he gets open as much as Kupp?

Kupp hasn't played more than 12 games since 2021, his success rate has plummeted from 62.2% in 2022 to 49.5% in 2023 & 47% in 2024. Kupp's catch % has gone from 76.5% in 2022 to 62% in 2023 & 67% in 2024. There is a very clear trend line with Kupp as he gets older his numbers are getting worse and he continuously misses games. He's an NFL WR still(probably) but he's not a guy worth 3/45

Last year McLaurin had a 58% success rate & 70% catch %. Plus he hasn't missed a gane since 2020.

There is a reason basically every analytical Packer writer wanted nothing to do with Kupp in Green Bay

Yea, he isn't an All-Pro anymore. No one is saying he is. But his 67% catch rate was still better than Doubs, Wicks, Watson, or Melton.

I don't really wanna get into another long Kupp debate, but I'll just genuinely say I believe the trend line with Kupp is pretty clear and the fact that the Rams released him without even asking him to rework his contract I think speaks volumes. I was open to the idea of him on a 1 year cheap contract to be a vet mentor to the young guys but 3/45 for him I think is nuts

He was targeted 100 times last season and it resulted in 28 first downs. That’s comically bad.

Also comically bad? Wicks's 39% success rate and 51% catch rate. That's the guy we're hoping turns into a #1.

Are we still on the "Wicks could be a true #1" train? Seems like everyone moved on. We have more hope for one of Watson, Doubs, or Reed.

But regardless, I don't know why Wicks being bad is an argument for signing a washed Cooper Kupp.

Mekhi Becton 2/20 with the Chargers. Insane the Eagles didn't retain him for that price.

I hope Banks is worth it, because I would've loved Becton at that price.
