No font color is green enough to indicate the incredible amount of sarcasm I say that with.

I remember someone, I think Luke 23, called this exactly.

Hopefully Matthews doesn't follow suit.

First time I saw this picture I knew Cushing had used steroids. I wouldn't doubt Clay Matthews used them too. He did go from walk-on to starter. I'm praying like hell he didn't use them though.

Just because Matthews went from walk-on to starter means nothing. He's no ordinary walk-on considering the family he comes from. He was destined to be huge some day. He was just a late bloomer. I've seen that picture of Cushing before, and have always thought that Matthews' body/muscle looks a lot more natural than Cushing's. I'm not saying that there's no way Matthews used. I'm just saying there's no quality evidence that he did.

That picture is ridiculous. I've seen it before, but it's striking no matter how many times you see it.

My six year-old niece probably knew Cushing used 'roids. This is not at all surprising. The only part that might be surprising is that it took this long for him to get caught.

I was thinking the same thing. They would have to completely redo the voting though because he was near unanimous.

I'm not sure we want the NFL making too much of this as it relates to USC linebackers and steroids.

I've never heard it referred to as "a steroid" before. Don't you take "steroids"? I dunno why that caught my attention.

He's probably saying he didn't take a [single] steroid meaning hes clean as a whistle (BS).

Holy crap. That means his whole season was tainted. That would have really changed the voting of DPOY if they reported it in season.

I know he probably filed an appeal and had to go through all the legal BS but it's still absurd that he was allowed to play the rest of the season after flunking his test that early.

Sounds like the AP might re-vote.

This whole thing is stupid, IMO.

I'm surprised this story hasn't been bigger. If this were MLB and some rookie like that Heyward were suspended for roids/PED, it would be top news/sports story everywhere.

One wonders with Clay, but hasn't failed yet, so its all good I guess.
