http://deadspin.com/5556336/police-inve ... kers-partySeven Green Bay Packers were found at a rented condo where two women told police they were assaulted on Saturday morning. Six of the players were cleared, but one unnamed player is still under investigation.
The six players released and NOT considered suspects are Matt Flynn, Joshua Sitton, Korey Hall, Brad Jones, Khalil Jones and Clay Matthews. Presumably they were all at Wilderness Resort Golf Cabins in Lake Delton to participate in a charity golf tournament hosted by "Matthews and Friends."
Let's hope it wasn't one of our guys.

My money is on Hawk. Cavemen are primitive people and simply take what they want. Wonder if he clubbed them in the head first.
Seriously though, I hope this blows over. Between this and jolly, and havner, we could end up becoming the Bengals lite

2 women realize that there are many NFL players all staying at the same place. I wouldn't jump to any conclusions until we know the facts. People will do anything for money.

I'll bet it is Giacomini. He is known to have a temper. Plus he isn't much to look at, so it makes sense he would have to force someone to [ay carumba] him.

Police are investigating a member of the Green Bay Packers in connection with an alleged sexual assault Saturday morning at a condo in Lake Delton.
Police said seven Packers were at a condo where two women said the assault occurred.
Six Packers were interviewed and released. Police said they don't believe they were involved in the alleged assault.
Police said in a news release that they interviewed and released a seventh Packer and that they're still investigating whether he was involved in an assault. Police are still interviewing two women who reported that they were assaulted at the condo.
So who was the 7th guys? Seems the most likely suspect if they're telling the truth.

Looks like Underwood or Lumpkin, my money's on Lumpkin.
But seriously, how the hell can you have a threesome with two women who don't want to???? I just don't see any scenario that actually happens.

It made CNN.
http://www.cnn.com/2010/CRIME/06/05/gre ... tml?hpt=T2(CNN) -- Seven players from the Green Bay Packers were questioned as part of an investigation into the alleged sexual assaults of two women early Saturday at a Wisconsin resort, authorities said.
Six of the men were later released and are not considered suspects. A seventh man, who was not identified, was also questioned and released, and remains under investigation, according to Lake Delton police Chief Thomas Dorner.
Police in Lake Delton, about 50 miles north of Madison, were alerted to the alleged assaults after the two women placed a 911 call at 4:17 a.m. Saturday, a police statement said.
The women directed officers to a condo at the Wilderness Resort Golf Cabins where the alleged assaults occurred, the statement said.
Dorner said the women had been invited back to the rental condo by the seventh man after the women met the group of players earlier in the night at a local bar.
Seven men at the condo were asked to go to the police department for questioning. Six of the men -- all listed on the NFL team's current roster -- were later released and are not suspected of any criminal activity, the statement said. The seventh man was also released, but "his involvement in the incident is still under investigation."
The Packers released a statement Saturday saying "we are aware of the reported incident and still are gathering facts."
The men were staying at the resort after participating in a charity golf tournament on Friday, Dorner said.
Dorner described the incident as a "he said, she said situation," with the seventh player claiming it was a "consensual sexual act."
Dorner said police "weren't able to develop probable cause to make any arrests at this point" and will forward all information to the district attorney's office, who will then decide whether charges will be filed.
The incident comes less than two months after Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger was suspended by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell after being accused of raping a woman at a Milledgeville, Georgia, bar. Roethlisberger had faced the threat of criminal charges in the case, but prosecutors ultimately decided that they could not prove that a crime had been committed.

Police investigate whether Packer was involved in sex assault
By Sharif Durhams and Lee Bergquist of the Journal Sentinel
Updated: June 5, 2010 8:55 p.m.
Police are investigating a member of the Green Bay Packers in connection with an alleged sexual assault Saturday morning at a condo in Lake Delton.
Police said seven Packers were at a condo where a party was taking place and where the two women said the assault occurred.
Six Packers were interviewed and released, but police are focusing on the seventh player, who told investigators that the contact with the two women was consensual, said Sgt. Gerald Grimsled of the Lake Delton Police Department.
Grimsled said police don't believe the other six players were involved in the alleged assault.
The Lake Delton Police Department released the names of six Packers who they say didn't commit any crime - Clay Matthews, Matt Flynn, Khalil Jones, Josh Sitton, Korey Hall and Brad Jones.
"They were not involved in any way," Grimsled said.
Police declined to release the name of the seventh player on Saturday because the case was still under investigation.
"(The) seventh did have contact with the two females," Grimsled said. "We were pretty sure of that. Everybody was cooperative.
"It comes down to 'was it consensual sex?' One side says yes, the other says no."
The two women, aged 31 and 33, are from the Milwaukee area and met the players several hours earlier at a bar, police said.
Initially, the women said more than one person took part in the alleged assaults. But during interviews with the women and players, Grimsled said police concluded that only one person was involved.
Police were called at 4:17 a.m to the condos at the Wilderness Resort Golf Cabins.
Police said that when they arrived, the six players who are not suspects had been drinking alcohol.
Police determined in their investigation that the seventh player and the women had been in a room together. But Police Chief Tom Dorner said it was not clear whether all three had been drinking.
Police said there was no indication of a loud party when they arrived. Grimsled said the police received no complaints from others staying at the resort.
But Peter Bartell of New Berlin, who arrived at Wilderness about 3 a.m. with a group from the Ho-Chunk Casino, said he heard a boisterous party at the same cabin where police were conducting their investigation.
"To me it sounded like a bunch of drunks having a bachelor's party," Bartell said.
Others said the noise wasn't enough to wake them.
Dorner, the police chief, said he doesn't expect to conduct more interviews. He said he would take the case to the district attorney on Monday or Tuesday to consider charges.
Attempts to reach the players interviewed by police were unsuccessful as telephone and text messages were not returned. A handful of other players and agents contacted said they had no information about the alleged incident.

How can you possibly force 2 women into a non consensual threesome? I can understand how you could overpower and force yourself on one woman but doing so to two women at the same time just doesn't seem feasible to me.
