Any pre-game thoughts for this one?
I'm feeling 27-21 MSU wins.

I think you guys are being kind of pessimistic. I think we win 34-14.

I don't quite agree that the game will be that lopsided in Bucky's favor, but you were accurate in stating the board was being pessimistic. There are some major over-reactions to the early result expecting domination in every game because of the opponent, but the Badgers just aren't that kind of team. They are grinders, which keeps the deficits to a minimum. Also, there were some anomalous red zone turnovers against UNLV and SJSU. In addition there were numerous players being held out due to injury and in the process of recovery on the field. Plus, Clay was being preserved a little for conference play. We were discovering who deserves to be higher on the depth chart and gaining them experience. I think at the final whistle tomorrow we will come out victorious. We have more talent than they do. MSU has only 2 players in the Rivals' top 25 player rankings by position, and Wisconsin has 5. That's not counting Toon who has been injured otherwise he'd be a shoe-in for the Heisman. Bucky probably wins something like 34-27. MSU just will have a harder time Wisconsin's more balanced attack which also has the best phase with the running game led by Clay. But they'll put up some points of their own because Wisconsin's secondary will be weak. But they should do well enough against their more traditional running attack to overcome them.

MSU 31 UW 17....not a big Tolzein fan plus the loss of Borland for a program like UW that just is not that deep is a huge loss...I actually expect the Badgers to lose 3-4 Big Ten games this year.

Already screwed up saying Dantonio missing the games gives MICHIGAN STATE a psychological advantage.
