FOX likes Packers

FOX has protected Packers games vs. Vikings on 11/21, vs. Giants on 12/26. NBC can't steal them for Sunday night game.
FOX, CBS each can protect five games. That means FOX used two of its five protections on the Packers.

I'm not sure if its fox liking the packers packers but rather a case of Favre bowl IV and the Giants matchup possibly being for the NFC home field advantage game.

It would have been weird to be on Sunday night 3 times in a month.
The Patriots game will likely stay Sunday night. New Orleans/Baltimore is a possibility or maybe Jets/Steelers.
If San Diego loses 2 or 3 more it's possible Green Bay/Atlanta would replace Chargers/Colts but Manning is a draw and Atlanta is not.

These games will probably be 3:15 games. Interesting that they didn't protect Packers/Falcons, like MD mentioned.

Atlanta is good but not a big TV draw. If San Diego gets back on track NBC will be happy to stick with Chargers/Colts that night.
I can see the Falcons game being moved to 3:15, depending on doubleheader rules for that week. The late games that week are KC/Seattle, Miami/Oakland, STL/Denver. CBS probably has the doubleheader national game that week. VIking game will probably stay at noon. CBS has the national doubleheader game that week, Indy/NE.

I'd say NBC likes us too, considering this is the 2nd time we're on SNF in the last 3 weeks.
