Season is most likely over. Bucs win vs. Washington.
MM is a bum.

This could actually turn into our biggest win in years if it costs MM his job.

Someone please dig up that bs puff piece about Matt Flynn being the best backup Qb in the NFL. Chad pennington has a better arm.
McCarthy needs to go. Again, his handling of the red flag may have cost us a game and likely a playoff spot. Die you pear shaped loser.

I'm thinking long term. McCarthy has to go and going 10-6 and missing the playoffs while he keeps his job does nothing for me.
We will never win a playoff game with McCarthy.

No chance he gets fired.
At least Rodgers doesn't get the blame for a close L today, right?

If we don't make the playoffs, I think TT has to use some back channels to see if Cowher would be interested.

When reading about Cowher and the MIN/DAL openings, they said he wanted total control of a team.

McCarthy runs so hot and cold. It's like he heard the criticism from after the Atlanta game and decided he was going to run it against San Fran. Fullhouse backfields, lots of I-formation. All that went out the window today.

Then look at Gruden. I think he'd probably be interested.

Worked well for 15 years in Pittsburgh.

MM is a joke. Never will win anything with this joker at the helm. 2-19 in close game.

Looking at the schedules, I see very little chance 10-6 gets anyone in the playoffs. We have to win out.

Hopefully Aaron can play @NE or that game might be even uglier than this one

Just shocked that the season is probably over. Losing to a division opponent really is devastating for our chance to overtake the Bears. They will be at least one up after today with the head-to-head tiebreaker and the division tiebreaker. My understanding was that our chance to overtake them (assuming we win the second match-up) hinged on us beating the Lions and Giants so that our division records were tied and we had the edge against common opponents.
Now behind even the Bucs in the "in the hunt" group. Obviously have to win out and still will probably need help. Probably no chance we get in at 10-6.
One of the most disappointing seasons I can remember. At some point the results have to speak for themselves: it is looking like one playoff win in six seasons. Given the perceived talent of this team, that is simply inexcusable.
