Other plays you could make a case for:
Desean Jackson's punt return against the Giants.
Tramon's Pick 6 in ATL.
Tramon's pick in the endzone in the PHI playoff game.
Collins' game ending pick against CHI.
Raji's Pick 6 in CHI.
Shield's pick in CHI.

Jarret Bush's INT, one that lead to a TD in the Super Bowl, isn't in the top ten? That's probably my 3rd of the year, behind Matthews' forced fumble and Tramon's INT to end the half in the Atlanta game.

That might've caused the most... celebratory celebration of any single play I've seen in the last fifteen years. That was pure jubilation.

Did the Barnett injury make the cut?

We dodged a major bullet on that play. Jarrett Bush pulled a Jarrett Bush and left his man (Miller) while we were in man coverage to jump the route. Watch the clip, Miller would've been open for a TD if Ben saw him.

You almost would have to make a separate list of the reg season and playoffs otherwise all the big plays will be from the playoffs because we made so many.
Tramon's pick 6 vs ATL might be #1 if I had to pick one play.
The team already had the mojo going but that just took it to another level.
That was shades of Wayne Simmons & Craig Newsome in the '95 playoffs vs San Fran.

Yeah, the Tramon pick 6 pretty much ended that game.

Yea, I saw the NFLN break the play down. Could have been an easy Steeler TD. Still, it was the Super Bowl and it was a pick that lead to a dagger of a TD. Has to up there on any list.

Same. #1 easily for me, essentially a 10 point play. Screamed my head off and later watched countless times on YouTube. About on par with the Harris pick 6 vs Seahawks for me and, in retrospect, maybe even more significant.
Raji INT vs Chicago needs to be on the list.

People shouldn't underrate that 31 yard laser that Rodgers threw to Jennings in the 4th quarter which kept the drive alive, eventually allowed the clock to run to the 2 minute warning, and get us a six point lead.
Pittsburgh had just scored a TD and a 2 point conversion which left them only down by three points with about 7 minutes left. After the false start on Colledge, it was 3rd and 10 at our 25 yard line with six minutes left.
If Aaron doesn't throw that perfect pass there, Pittsburgh takes over with likely half-way decent field position, down by only three, and some momentum after getting a three and out stop and scoring a TD on their previous drive.
Watching the game, i really felt that if we had gone three and out there, Pittsburgh likely would have at worst driven to tie the game and maybe have gone in for a TD which put them in the lead.

To hear Bush and Capers tell it, Bush didn't make a mistake at all. He simply recognized the formation, route combination, and jumped it. He even said they practiced against that exact formation/route combo and he screwed it up in practice, but saw it and took a chance in the game.

Hell of a chance to take. If Ben even looks Miller's way it's an easy TD.

Kind of strange. Pick 6s are always such huge plays and we had three of them in the playoffs, yet only one made this list. But there was room for the kneel down? Respect to Raji and Tramon, those plays were great. In Raji's case, it accounted for the margin of victory in the NFCC.

Yeah. the kneel down inclusion was weird. If you're going to put it in there, it has to be first because of the significance of it. If not, don't put it in there.

That and kickoff/punt returns (although it always seems to be against us)
